Document Description
The proposed project consists of annexation of up to 50 parcels totaling 171.91 acres (“Los Alamos Hills") to the District’s water service area, as well as construction/operation of 10,685 linear feet of 8- and 12-inch water pipeline within existing paved and unpaved city streets to provide potable water to landowners that opt to connect. The “project site” is that portion of the project area where impacts could occur due to pipeline construction. The project site consists of those portions of Los Alamos Road, Celia Road, Mason Road, Mary Place, and Ruth Ellen Way within the project area. The project site is located entirely within city roadway rights-of-way. To date, 36 of the 50 parcels (approximately 101.66 acres) have opted into the annexation process.
